The Founder
Prof. Dr. M. Daud Silalahi, SH.
Founder
The founder of DAUD SILALAHI & LAWENCON ASSOCIATES, the late of Prof Dr. M Daud Silalahi, SH. holds Bachelor and Doctorate Degree from Law Faculty of University of PADJADJARAN. He went to University of California at Berkeley USA and Salt River Project Concentrated Water Resource, Phoenix, Arizona/USA.
He is a Member of Indonesian Lawyers Association (PERSAHI), Member of USA – Administration Management Association; Chairman of Indonesia Environmental Development Unit; and was Legal Expert Staff for the Ministry for Environment.
Prof Dr. M Daud Silalahi, SH involved in drafting laws and regulations related to environmental issues and been held a position as legal counsel at prestigious and mayor mining companies. He has more than 50 years experience on environmental law, particularly in Indonesia and South East Asia. His specializations are environmental law, mining law, spatial planning law, industrial law, foreign Investment and economy law.

Dr. Kristianto P.H. Silalahi, SH., MH.
Senior Partner
He obtained his law bachelor, law master and law doctorate degree (Cum Laude) from University of PADJADJARAN. Prior to joining DSLA, Dr Kristianto worked as an advocate at prestigious law firms.
Dr Kristianto is a certified mediator and arbiter and also Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Member of PERADI, ILLCA (Indonesian Labour Law Consultant Association), HPHL (Indonesian Association of Environmental Law Advisor), IUCN (The International Union of Conservation of Nature) and actively involved in Indonesian Data Protection society.
He is a lecturer, book co-writer and writer in international and local journals. His specialization is general corporate and commercial law, contract law, environmental law, labour law, cyber law and data protection, and alternative dispute resolution.
Maurice J.R. Silalahi, SH.
Managing Partner
Holds a Law Degree from PADJADJARAN University, majoring in International Law; and prior to joining DSLA he worked at several prestigious law firms with international affiliation.
He has more than 15 years of experience on environment major cases and settlement disputes, and providing advices regarding environment law, general corporate and commercial. He is specializing on environmental law, general corporate and commercial and capital market. He is a member of PERADI and Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultants (HKHPM).
Armand Hasim, SH
Partner
Holds a Law Degree from Trisakti University. Before joining DSLA, he had worked at several prominent law firms and gain various experiences as a reliable litigator who handles not only civil commercial cases but also criminal cases including bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Settlement Obligation. He has more than 15 years as both litigation and non-litigation lawyer.
He has involved in numerous civil and criminal cases including alternative dispute settlement. He is specializing on civil and criminal litigation, labour law, family law and bankruptcy. He is a member of PERADI.
Sri Bima Putra KPH, SH.
Partner
Holds a Law Degree from PADJADJARAN University, majoring in International Law, Bima holds various legal position in several private companies prior to joining DSLA in 2013.
At the moment, he is serving as Partner at DSLA while practicing other ventures in tourism and education. He specialized in corporate law, environmental law, forestry, mining and natural resources law. He is a member of PERADI.

Our associate attorneys are graduated from reputable universities and have been dealing with various corporate transactions, litigation, and non-litigation cases. They are also fluent in English both oral and in writing.
